How do I pay?

By card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Checkout is run by Stripe over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.

Do you add sales tax?

No. The price you see, plus shipping, is what you pay.

Where do you deliver?

To addresses in all 50 US states and Washington, D.C.

Do you ship outside the US?

No, this shop only ships to US addresses. For UK delivery, shop at our UK store, with prices in pounds.vinyldispatch.co.uk.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping: $7.99 per order, however many records you buy, and free on orders of $99.99 or more. Express shipping: $24.99 for one record, plus $4.50 for each extra record; express is never free. You choose at checkout and see the cost before you pay.Shipping.

When will it arrive?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). With standard shipping (USPS Media Mail), most orders arrive within 3–10 business days of ordering; with express (FedEx 2-Day), within 3–5 business days. Every order is tracked.Shipping.

How is it packed?

Every order ships in a box, never a padded envelope: records sit in an inner box inside a second, reinforced outer box, so sleeves stay flat and corners sharp.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order is tracked, and we email you the tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

Cancellations, returns and problems

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, until it ships: contact us as soon as possible and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Can I return it?

No: all sales are final, and we can't accept returns of records you've changed your mind about. Damaged, faulty or wrong items and lost parcels are the exception: we replace or refund them in full, including shipping.Returns & refunds.

What if it arrives damaged or faulty?

If a record arrives damaged, is faulty, or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of shipping, we'll do the same.How to report a problem.

The records

Are the records new?

Yes. Every record is brand new and factory sealed, never used or second-hand.

Is everything in stock?

Yes. Every record we list is in stock and ready to send. If one sells out, its page says so.
