Shipping

We ship to addresses in all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We don't ship outside the United States. Orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in the United States.

Shipping costs

• $7.99 per order, however many records you buy.
• Free shipping on orders of $99.99 or more (before tax).

The shipping cost is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout.

Delivery times

• Processing: orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays).
• Transit: USPS Media Mail usually takes 2–8 business days.
• Total: most orders arrive within 3–10 business days of ordering.

Every record we list is in stock and ready to ship. We send all records in an order together in one parcel.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. We email you the tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Packaging

Records are packed to arrive in the condition they left us, with no bent corners or crushed sleeves:

• Every order ships in a box, never a padded envelope.
• Records sit snugly in an inner box, which is packed inside a second, reinforced outer box.
• The double box keeps sleeves flat and corners sharp, even on a long trip.

Lost or damaged parcels

Every order is insured. If your parcel is lost in transit, or a record arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. See Returns for how to tell us.

Address problems

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
